Letting Kaffir lime tree start to fruit. A baby leaf chiffonaded and put into Thai basil beef. Soooo good. And I can make it in my pajamas it’s so easy. I did just that tonight. Hot.
I think I love that little lime tree the most of all. She comes inside in winter where she gets spritzed and coddled. Fenugreek planted at the base to fix nitrogen in summer. Her leaves are so fragrant. She is rare and special. A wonderful gift from Him.
