We are tired.
Everyone I talk with is bushed. For us, summer is peak garden time with lots to harvest and mostly put up. I have last years leeks in the dehydrator now. I will need freezerroom. And the training we are in now is exhausting.
The taters are growing fast like the squash. Fermenting last season’s apples for vinegar. Making fermented hot sauce for a young lady who is growing her first garden.
And even though the training we are taking is heartbreaking and exhausting, Praise Him for giving us some very practical gifts that allow us to do it.
